Every year thousands of Bangladesh minorities are seeking shelter in various N-E states of India. Those unwelcome refugees are in desperate need of food, shelter and medication. HRCBM has initiated a campaign to raise money to luanch a Refugee Rehabilitation Center, which will provide services to meet the basic needs of those Refugees. The Rehabilitation Center will include but not limited to the following services: Medical Center, and Children Care unit
